Excillum is continuously expanding on the North American market and is now increasing its market presence further by establishing Excillum Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary. Excillum has in addition appointed Anasuya Adibhatla, PhD, as Area Sales Manager, the Americas.

With an increasing installed base in the region and the ambition to grow further on the market the formation of a US subsidiary is a crucial part of being able to serve and address our North American customers. Dr Adibhatla, previously working at Malvern Panalytical Inc. as an X-ray diffraction application specialist, is trained as a materials scientist with experience in diffraction, computed tomography and pair distribution function. The new subsidiary is incorporated in Delaware and Dr Adibhatla will be operating out of the greater Boston area from February 19th, 2018.

“We are very proud to take this next, big step on the ever so important North American market. Setting up a local presence shows the dedication and commitment we feel towards our increasing customer community and gives us the platform we need to increase our market share. We are pleased that Dr Adibhatla has joined our team and with her background she will have an excellent position to strengthen Excillum’s market presence and give our customers the necessary attention”, says Björn Hansson, CEO of Excillum.
