David has been leading international sales and services teams for 20+ years, previously at Ericsson and DigitalRoute. He holds an M.Sc. in Engineering Physics from Lund University.
Björn Hansson
Björn was a co-founder of Innolite and previous work include Group Manager at Acreo and Senior Scientist at Cymer, Inc. He holds a Ph.D. in Applied Physics from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm.
Henrik Hesselstedt
Henrik was previously the CFO at Roplan Group and Inmotion Technologies. He holds a B.Sc. in Economics from the University of Stockholm and a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm.
Cecilia Gemzell
Cecilia has worked in companies like Incell, Scienta Omicron, Mycronic and Ericsson Microelectronics as a link between product development and production. She holds an M.Sc. in Material Technology from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm.
Sara Haack
Sara has 15+ years of experience in Product Management and was previously head of the global Product Management organization at FLIR Systems, managing a product portfolio of high-tech products. She holds an M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm.
Lars Kjellberg
Lars brings experiences from various specialist and managerial roles in companies like Mycronic and Ericsson Microelectronics. He holds an M.Sc. in Engineering Physics from Chalmers University of Technology, Gothenburg.
Nina Larsson
Nina's previous experiences include Trimble and St Jude Medical, bringing advanced tech products from idea to serial production. She holds an M.Sc. in Engineering Physics from Uppsala University.
Cecilia Kröjs
Cecilia brings a combination of skills in HR and communications from fast-growing tech companies like RaySearch Laboratories and Certezza. She holds a B.Sc. in Human Resources from Stockholm University.

Christian is chairman of the board of PostNord AB, Blodtrycksdoktorn AB, Xaga Surgical AB and Meds Apotek AB. He holds an MBA and an honorary doctorate in economics from the University of Lund.
Hans Hertz
Professor Hans Hertz is one of the co-founders of Excillum and also co-founded Jettec AB, Innolite AB, and Exciscope AB. He leads research teams at the Dept. of Applied Physics at KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm.
Oscar Hemberg
Oscar is one of the co-founders of Excillum and also serves on the board of OSM Group. He is currently the Chief Product Integration Officer at Exeger and previous work includes CTO of OSM Group and CEO of Flexworks. He holds a Ph.D. in Applied Physics from KTH, Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm.
Birgitta Stymne Göransson
Birgitta is Chairman of Industrifonden, Min Doktor AB and Berling Media. She also serves on the Boards of Elekta AB, Pandora A/S, Bure Equity AB and Rhenman&Partners. Birgitta holds an MSc in Biotechnology from KTH and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Finn Rausing
Finn is a member of the Tetra Laval Group Board as well as the boards of Alfa Laval AB, DeLaval Holding AB, and Swede Ship Marine AB. He holds an LL.B. from University of Lund, Sweden and an MBA from INSEAD, France.
