One single-crystal AND powder diffraction system for extremely challenging samples
In this webinar you will learn how Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) utilize a custom STOE X-ray diffraction system with two cutting edge instruments in one. Powered by a dual port Excillum MetalJet X-ray source with an innovative exchangeable optics concept and the latest Dectris detectors, the system provides two intense and customer tunable X-ray beams perfectly matched to tackle their most demanding applications. Applications vary from sub mg powder samples from their battery research to smaller crystals and higher throughput requirement on single crystal applications.
The webinar is 45 minutes.
